Rose Wines are produced in the same way as the red ones, but with shorter exposure of the wort in the peel of the grape, so the rose color is achieved.
Basic factors for determining the color (pink tone) and strength of this Greek wine from Corfu are the contact time with the skin of the grape and of course the grape variety that is used. Typical varieties here are Petrokorythos and Cabernet Sauvignon.
