The Corfiot “Lianolia” of fine olive, derived from the ancient wild “Liastro” has been cultivated on our island since Homer’s times. Its propagation throughout the island by the Venetians during the 17
th century created the vast perennial olive groves which decorate the isle. Our blessed fragrant oil, which reflects the light of the sun and please our taste buds with its unique flavour, is produced with utter respect for tradition as well as the product itself.
Obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical methods.
